You witness to them like you would witness to anyone else.  God does not hate them and any person who claims to hate them cannot be a Christian.  They can change there are several ex-gays right here on Tumblr.  I will reblog a post one young man sent to me.  They can be set free from it an live an abundant life in Jesus Christ.  God bless you!!! :):):)
