But, she says that she "sees" things, like people with bloody knives following teachers around or people sitting in the corner dripping blood in chains. I don't see these things, its only her. And other times she says she has a guy follow her and haunt her. What do you think this is?

I think that she needs to go and see a doctor.  It sounds as though she has Schizophrenia.  Pray for her.  God bless you!!! :):)
