lordyoucanhaveme asked:I've been recently told that you aren't fully a Christian unless you are baptized for the forgiveness of sins. I've been pointed to verses like Matthew 28:18-20, Romans 6:1-8, and 1 Peter 3:21. I have been thinking a lot and I don't know what to believe. What are your thoughts?

That is wrong.  Baptism is not required for the forgiveness of sins or Jesus was a liar.  He told the thief on the cross that tonight you will be with me in paradise.  He didn’t say oh too bad you weren’t baptized so you cannot be forgiven.  I believe the Lord Jesus meant just what He said.
